New Family Registration

Online Registration (OLR):
New this year - any new, incoming families need to meet with Erin and an administrator before completing online registration.  This can be in the form of a tour or just a meet and greet.  Please call Erin at 712-792-3313 to set up the meeting.  Once your visit has been completed and your admittance has been accepted, you will be sent an online registration link.  New family online registration will begin on or around May 1, 2023, for the 2023-2024 school year.  Only those families who have completed the necessary steps will be emailed a link.  

New Family ESA Application:
All transfer students and kindergarten students qualify for the new Education Savings Accounts (ESAs) that go into effect for the 23-24 school year.  You must apply through the Department of Education website to receive the funds.  Applications for all ESA-eligible families are due June 30, 2023.

• If you are planning on joining Kuemper after the ESA deadline has passed, please apply for Financial Assistance.  The diocese has set aside additional funds to help families who choose a Catholic education for their children.  Those applications are due by September 15.  

Kuemper Tuition: Kuemper tuition is paid through Blackbaud Tuition Management (formerly Smart Tuition).

Financial Assistance (TADS):
Families may begin the financial aid application process through TADS starting on February 1. We encourage ALL families to apply for financial aid.

• If you are a new family joining us after the April 1 TADS deadline, you can still apply for tuition assistance.  Start your application after July 1 and submit all of your information by September 15.
